No roaming charges for CellOne, Excel

NEW DELHI DEC. 20. Bharat Sanchar Nigam today said there are no roaming charges for its mobile services — CellOne and Excel. "The subscribers have to pay only nominal charges as applicable in home network for making local, STD or ISD calls. There is no additional charge of any sort,'' a BSNL release said.
