The president of the AIPJD State unit, K.N. Nage Gowda, told presspersons here today that while the State Government had been complaining that the Centre was not providing the assistance it had sought, the Centre's stand was that the State Government had not fully utilised the assistance that had been provided. "The AIPJD is not interested in any confrontation between the Centre and the State which has resulted in the drought relief programmes coming to a standstill."
