Pakistan accused of sponsoring terrorism

BIJAPUR DEC. 20. Members of the Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), led by Mallikarjun Deveramani, member of the State Executive of the parishad, took out a torch light procession from Gandhi Chowk to Basaveshwar Chowk here on Friday demanding that the Union and the State governments initiate stern action against those indulging in terrorism and anti-national activities.

The procession culminated in a public meeting at Basaveshwar Chowk. Kiran Nadakatti, Jyothi Darpala, Rajeev Agarwal, and Gopal Chincholi, student leaders, addressed the gathering. Vishal Masagi, Shivakumar Koti, Suresh Shirabur, and Saritha Nimbalkar, office-bearers of the city unit of the parishad, were present.
