Pak. envoy calls on PM

New Delhi Dec. 20. The Pakistan High Commissioner, Aziz Ahmed Khan, called on the Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, here this evening.

Official sources described it as a courtesy call by Mr. Khan ahead of Mr. Vajpayee's proposed visit to Islamabad to attend the SAARC summit from January 4-6.

It was the first meeting between Mr. Vajpayee and Mr. Khan since the latter presented his credentials in July this year. — UNI
