The Bhutan offensive

Sir, — The recent military offensive by the Royal Bhutan Army against the United Liberation Front of Asom and other insurgent outfits, was inevitable. Though the offensive should continue, it should not lead to the abuse of human rights of ordinary citizens in the name of nabbing insurgents.
