``It's a reminder that the war on terrorism continues,'' White House press secretary Scott McClellan said on Friday. ``President Musharraf has been a strong partner in our global war on terrorism. We will continue to work with him on our global efforts,'' he said. The General has survived two recent assassination bids in Rawalpindi. Gen. Musharraf was not hurt in the latest attack, but the blasts near a petrol pump killed 15 persons and injured 46, including several policemen. This attack was the second attempt on Gen. Musharraf's life in less than two weeks. In a televised address, the Pakistan President blamed terrorists and communal forces for the attempt on his life and vowed to ``cleanse the country of these extremists.'' PTI
