"Mama" told UNI here while he was being produced before the Magistrate that he was shown as surrendered along with three others by the Army on December 26, forcing him to read out a printed statement. He said he had never surrendered, but the Army had forced him to say so before media. "I was nabbed by the Bhutanese Army," he said. He, however, said he wanted a dialogue with the Union Government, but could not convince the top leadership for the past six years.
