Temasek, Newbridge to invest in Matrix

HYDERABAD DEC. 31. The board of directors of Matrix Laboratories, which met today, approved the participation of Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd, Singapore, along with Newbridge Capital, in both secondary sale and preferential issue of equity. Temasek would be making the approved investment through one of its investment vehicles, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
