According to the decision, the special train will depart from Delhi Junction every Wednesday and Sunday at 9 p.m. to reach Attari at 4.40 a.m. the next day. In the return direction, it will run every Thursday and Monday starting at 8.05 p.m. to reach the Delhi Junction at 3.35 a.m. the next day. The 4607 Attari-Lahore Samjhauta Express will depart from Attari at 1.30 p. m., every Thursday and Monday. In the return direction, the 4608 Lahore-Attari Samjhauta Express will depart from Lahore at 8 a. m., every Thursday and Monday, to reach Attari at 12.30 p.m. According to a Northern Railway release, the Attari special express will have four second sleeper class, 10 general second class and two brake van coaches and the Samjhauta Express will have one second sleeper, several general second class and two luggage van coaches.
