Petrol to cost Rs. 39.68

BANGALORE DEC. 31. The price of petrol went up by Rs. 1.12 (from Rs. 38.56) in the city at midnight on Wednesday. Petrol will now cost Rs. 39.68, and diesel Rs. 25.22 against the existing price of Rs. 24.12 (an increase of Rs. 1.10), according to an official of the Indian Oil Corporation here.
