The right to recall

Sir, — For the past 30 years, we have been hearing that a system will be devised for the recall of the elected legislative members, but nothing has been done. Now we see near impossible alliances between political parties to capture power, unmindful of the welfare of the people and the nation.

It is high time a ballot paper was devised that would allow rejection of all the candidates.
