Partly cloudy sky forecast

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 26.6 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 17.9 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. The relative humidity was 56 per cent. At the airport, the maximum temperature was 26.9 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 49 per cent. The forecast for Wednesday is that the sky will be partly cloudy. The minimum temperature will be around 18 degrees Celsius.

BSNL plans open house

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) is conducting open-house session on Wednesday in the offices of the Area Managers and at the office of the Deputy General Manager (Rural). Customers may register grievances and complaints at these offices and make suggestions to improve the service.

Water adalat

The BWSSB will hold "water adalat" of North-2 sub-division to settle disputes relating to water billing and delay in giving water supply and sanitary connections on Thursday at 4 p.m. at the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, North-2 Subdivision, Malleswaram 18th Cross (ph: 2945130).

Ayurveda camp

Shree Dhanvantari Ayurveda Hospital Research and Training Centre is organising a free Shari Soothers camp for those having piles, fistula, and fissure at the hospital on Wednesday and Thursday. Details may be had from S.S. Hiremath, 1033, 4th M Block, near Rajajinagar Entrance, Dr. Rajkumar Road (ph: 3409459).

Yoga class

The new batch of free yoga classes at Bangalore Tamil Sangam begins on January 12. The asanas recommended for relief from asthma, acidity, allergy, blood pressure, cholesterol, back ache, diabetes, obesity and lifestyle diseases will be taught.
