`Samskritika Sammelan' at Dharmasthala

DHARWAD JAN. 7. "Samskritika Sammelan", a two-day event being organised under the aegis of the R.C. Hiremath Institute of Kannada Studies of Karnatak University, will be held in Dharmasthala from January 10.

Twelve scholars are expected to present papers on Karnataka and its relationship with other States.

Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Srikshetra Dharmasthala, will inaugurate the conference and Hampa Nagarajaiah, former President of the Kannada Sahitya Parishat, will deliver the valedictory address.

Papers will also be presented on the cultural heritage on the State.
