``The state government today reviewed the matter and decided to distribute the school bags to the primary students with the photographs of Swami Vivekanand on them'', Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ajay Chandrakar told reporters here. Swami Vivekanand's image would be pasted on the school bags since he had spent his childhood in Raipur city, he said. The state cabinet, which met earlier in the day, also decided to regularise the order of previous Congress government to supply 9.25 lakh school bags to students. The decision to distribute school bags caqrrying Jogi's photos had created a controversy and the then opposition BJP had complained to the Election Commission that the bags were being distributed violating the model code of conduct at the time of the December 1 assembly poll. The commission had put a ban on its distribution. The state government also decided to distribute salt to the tribals at a rate of 25 paise per kg from January 26 as promised in their manifesto. - PTI
