Innings win for TN

BANGALORE, JAN. 8. Tamil Nadu defeated Kerala by an innings and 37 runs in a South Zone KSCA under-13 tournament match which concluded at the Infosys ground here on Thursday.

The scores:

Tamil Nadu 295 for nine decl. in 88 overs bt Kerala 92 in 63.2 overs and 166 in 61.2 overs (C.J. Tharani 42, Ali Asgar 36, Sachin Mohan 25, A.K. Balachander four for 41).

Andhra 291 in 115.2 overs and 59 for one in 13.5 overs (C. Rishi 32 not out) beat Karnataka 106 in 55.1 overs and 241 in 103.5 overs (S. Rohit 43, Akshay Ballal 34, Karun Nair 33, Somashekar 32, T.K. Ganesh six for 92, Narendra three for 36).
