Striking medicos stop express train

HYDERABAD, JAN. 10. The striking junior doctors stopped the Guntur-bound Golconda Express at Secunderabad railway station for 40 minutes and picketed Gandhi Hospital earlier as their agitation entered the 30th day on Saturday. The train, which was supposed to depart at 12.45 p.m. left at 1.25 p.m. Reports of similar stoppage of trains by the striking medicos at Warangal, Kurnool, Guntur and Tirupati were received, said the chairman of the Joint Action Committee of Junior Doctors, Sridhar Reddy.
