HYDERABAD, JAN. 10. The security personnel witnessed anxious moments on Saturday evening when an Ambassador car, part of the convoy on its way to the airport from Raj Bhavan to receive the Prime Minister, hit the `six-level' BMW car from the rear, on the Begumpet fly over. While the BMW car remained unaffected, the entire bonnet and radiator of the Ambassador car fitted with a jammer was damaged. Reasons for the `mishap' were not known, a police officer said. "Probably, applying sudden brakes resulted in the collision," he said. Though traffic had already been stopped at various points along the Raj Bhavan-airport route as the convoy was passing by, the collision resulted in further traffic congestion. It took more than 30 minutes for the traffic police to clear the route.
