Brown sugar seized

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JAN. 11. The Fort police have seized nearly 44 grams of brown sugar valued Rs.50,000 from a house at Ambalathara.

Two persons, Nazeer alias `Manja' Nazeer (40) and Fathima Beevi (38), have been arrested in connection with the seizure.

The raid was conducted by a team led by the Circle Inspector (Fort), Muhammad Kasim.
