Last date for filing TDS returns extended

NEW DELHI, JAN. 12. The last date for filing returns for tax deducted at source (TDS) on computer media as per provisions of Sub-Section (2) of Section 206 of the Income Tax Act has been extended up to March 31, 2004, in respect of TDS in 2002-03. The extension has been granted in view of certain administrative difficulties.
