NEW DELHI, JAN. 12. The President, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, has rescheduled his programmes in Bangalore in view of the three-day State mourning declared by the Karnataka Government following the death of Ramakrishna Hedge. Dr. Kalam, who is now in Goa, was scheduled to reach Bangalore on January 14 but on the advise of the State Government and as a mark of respect to the departed leader, he will now visit Bangalore on January 16, according to a Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesman here late tonight.
