KHAMMAM, JAN. 13. Police and Maithri Sangham members organized a health camp for Kondareddy families rehabilitated in Kotha Kannaigudem village in Aswaraopet mandal on Tuesday. They distributed 35 sets of dresses among the tribal children. The clan chief, Panda Reddy, was also given a pair of dhoties byThe Sathupalli DSP, K. Satyanarayana, inaugurated a bamboo house, which is to serve as a community hall, built at a cost of Rs. 15,000. Police also distributed slates among the children. A doctor, Srinivas, gave a free health check up to all the tribal children and referred those who had health problems to local hospitals. The Aswaraopet Inspector, Ravindranath, and the Sub Inspector, Ramesh, were among those who took part.
