SYDNEY, JAN. 14. Asian No. 1 Paradorn Srichaphan lost to Tommy Robredo after holding two match points on Wednesday in the second round of the Adidas International in Sydney as his Spanish rival avenged a loss last week in India. Robredo won 4-6, 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) and advanced to a quarterfinal against Moya. Nicknamed Tiger, Srichaphan saved six match points in the semifinal in the Tata Open last week before beating Robredo in three sets. He lost the final, his third in Chennai in consecutive years, to another Spaniard, Carlos Moya.
