KOCHI, JAN. 14. The police have intensified their search for Maneesh Kumar, a first-year engineering student from Patna, who has been `missing' for the past 11 days. No clue had been received so far, the police said. According to a complaint filed with the police, Maneesh did not return after he left the CUSAT campus on January 3 afternoon. It said that he had joined the university for the B.Tech. course in Information Technology in September last. According to his family members, Maneesh went to an ATM counter of the HDFC bank to withdraw money at 4 p.m. on the day he went `missing'. He was wearing black trousers and a light-coloured shirt. Maneesh had reportedly carried his cell phone. However, he could not be reached on the cell since January 3, said the student's father, Brijesh Kumar Thakur, a Government employee in Patna.
