Murder case: Crime Branch probe ordered

KOCHI, JAN. 14. The Kerala High Court today ordered an investigation by the Crime Branch into the case relating to the murder of Divya, six-year-old daughter of Muthukkannan at Eroor in Thripunithura.

Justice G. Sasidharan ordered a Crime Branch probe while allowing a writ petition filed by Mr. Muthukannan. According to him, his daughter was found murdered at his house on March 31 last. The investigations by the local police had not made any headway, he said.
