CUDDAPAH, JAN. 17. A moped rider, Sana Venkatasubba Reddy (35), died and the pillion rider, K. Venkatasubba Reddy (40), sustained injuries when their moped was hit by a mini-van near Balreddy satram in Kothapet village in Khajipet mandal last night. K. Venkatasubba Reddy and S. Venkatasubba Reddy, both belonging to Papasahebpet in Chintakommadinne mandal, visited their relatives in Rangapuram village in Khajipet mandal, and were returning when the mishap occurred, according to the police. S. Venkatasubba Reddy, died on the spot and K. Venkatasubba Reddy sustained fracture of hands and legs and was admitted in Cuddapah Government hospital.
