KOZHIKODE, JAN. 17 . The last date for the issue of application forms for the All India Engineering\Pharmacy\Architecture Entrance Examination (AIEEE) 2004, which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, has been extended to January 28. According to an NIT release, the application forms are available at the branches of the Syndicate Bank in Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Ernakulam and Kottayam and at the Thrissur branch of the Canara Bank. The price of the form for general category is Rs. 300 and Rs. 150 for SC\ST candidates. The forms can also be obtained by post from the joint secretary (AIEEE), CBSE, 17, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New Delhi--110002 by sending a demand draft of Rs. 350 for general category (Rs. 200 for SC\ST candidates) drawn in favour of `The Secretary, CBSE, New Delhi' along with a self-addressed envelope of size 12' x 10'.
