BANGALORE, JAN. 18. The Minister for Medical Education, A.B. Maalaka Raddy, opened a new homeopathic clinic near the Jayanagar Telephone Exchange here on Sunday. The clinic, Bakson's Homoeopathic Centre, is said to be capable of treating all chronic ailments such as asthma, headache, throat and gastro disorders. S.P.S. "Sunny" Bakshi, a homoeopathic doctor and the man behind the clinic, claimed that he had a cure for Tonsillitis without operating upon the patient. In recent years, there has been a spurt in the opening of such clinics in the city. The Homoeopathic Board estimates that there are 150 doctors in Bangalore who practise Homoeopathy. Bakson's Homoeopathic Centre has eight branches in Delhi. Its Bangalore branch is located at 805, 9th Main, 35th C Cross, near Jayanagar Telephone Exchange.
