Shahbuddin granted bail

PATNA, JAN. 19. The Patna High Court today granted bail to the Rashtriya Janata Dal MP, Md. Shahbuddin, currently lodged in Siwan jail, in the case relating to the kidnapping and murder of the CPI (ML) worker, Munna Chaudhary. Mr. Shahbuddin, however, would not be released from judicial custody as he happens to be on remand in about half a dozen other cases.
