Lotte's open offer for Parry's

CHENNAI, JAN. 20. Lotte Confectionery Company Ltd. of Korea has announced an open offer to the equity shareholders of Parry's Confectionery Ltd. to buy 7.54 lakh fully paid shares of Rs. 10 each, representing 20 per cent of the existing total outstanding equity capital. The open offer, at a price of Rs. 283.25 per share, will open on March 9 and close on April 7. — Our Special Correspondent
