NOIDA, (UTTAR PRADESH), JAN. 21. Protests against the disbanding of Gautam Budh Nagar district by the Uttar Pradesh Government continued today with people taking out a rally in Noida, Greater Noida and other areas in the satellite town. However, the protests remained peaceful. Normal life was not disrupted. The rally, organised by the Zila Bachao Samiti , was marked with anti-Government slogans. . The leader of the rally, Nawab Singh Nagar, area BJP MLA, said the rally was part of the newly- drawn strategy to wage a long and continuous fight against the abolishing of the district before the State revoked the decision.
