Granules India gets European audit nod

HYDERABAD: Granules India's new pharmaceutical formulations intermediates (PFI) plant at Gagillapur, one of the largest in the world with a 7,200 tonnes per annum capacity, has successfully gone through its first international regulatory audit by the German Health Authority. According to a release issued here on Tuesday, with this approval, the company can export its products to Europe from this facility. The company is also looking forward to similar approvals from other international regulatory bodies such as the Australian TGA, and U.S. FDA, said N. R. Ganti, Director.
