Clarification

HYDERABAD, JAN. 21. The Thakur Hari Prasad Institute of Research and Rehabilitation for the Mentally Handicapped has clarified that the four children who were said to have gone missing `were never under the residential care of the institute or shifted to the institute' as reported earlier. In a press release, the Director-General of the institute, T. Revathy, said that as day scholars, the children used to come under escort from the Juvenile Home and go back in the afternoon, using transport provided by the institute.
