Editorial view: The veil of secrecy that covers atomic development has been lifted a little in Britain by the publication of an official account of her Atomic plants. Description is given in some detail of the three in Lancashire, Cumberland at Cheshire. Millions of pounds have been spent on them to work out a process for separating fissile plutonium from uranium.
