Support swells for medicos

TIRUPATI. Jan. 22. There was hectic activity in the fast-unto-death camp put up by the striking junior doctors in front of S.V.R.R. Hospital here.

The crowd of fasting medicos swelled in the tent as nearly 50 more entered the tent today even as the three, who were already on a fast unto death, were lifted bodily into the hospital following deterioration of their health condition. The agitators said that far from deterring them, the oppressive tactics used by the State Government to force them to end their agitation would only increase their commitment to their cause.
