MphasiS to buy Onida Infotech

BANGALORE: the MphasiS group, a leading provider of system integration technology and BPO services, announced its plan to acquire the Mumbai based Onida Infotech Services, a division of MIRC Electronics, for Rs. 3 crores in an all cash deal. Onida Infotech operates in SAP implementation, maintenance and support activities, says a release.
