MUMBAI, JAN. 22. A local court today issued a bailable warrant against Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan in a criminal case of cheating filed by a real estate agent. The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, J. B. Pankhe, issued the warrant, returnable on March 11, on a plea made by defence lawyer. The complainant, Anees Ahmed, accused the actor of cheating him by not paying him Rs. 3.82 lakh brokerage for purchase of a flat in "Deep Van" building in suburban Khar. PTI
