Pondy PMK's appeal to Ramadoss

PONDICHERRY, JAN. 22. The Pondicherry Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) today appealed to S Ramadoss, party founder, to field a candidate in the Lok Sabha poll here.

Pannerselvam, president of the party's State unit, who chaired a division-level meeting of the conveners, said in a communication that the PMK had made deep roots in the Union Territory and established close rapport with the people.

A high command team was scheduled to camp here on January 25 and a list of functionaries and field workers for the polls would be presented to a visiting committee for approval.
