Student killed in accident

KOCHI, JAN. 23 . Amir (20), a final-year student of the Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam, was killed and his friend, Basil (20) injured, when the two-wheeler on which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Kothamangalam this afternoon.

Amir was a member of the college union. His life could not be saved despite being rushed to the Baselious Hospital, Kothamangalam.
