Letters to the Editor
Sir, I refer to the article, "Where is the broadband?" (Jan. 26). Whenever I visit remote rural bank branches, I am pained to see the red-coloured stones of BSNL indicating the presence of unlit optic fibre infrastructure. But such stones are present across the length and breadth of the country, and broadband connectivity is conspicuous by its absence. The article pointed to the glaring contradiction in the country that is hailed as IT super-power.
