THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, JAN. 27. The NDA Government has no plans to dismiss the Rabri Devi Government in Bihar unless the Congress supports such a proposal, the BJP president, Venkaiah Naidu, said here on Tuesday. Addressing a press conference, the BJP president said the Bihar Governor, M. Rama Jois, was speaking for the people when he talked about fear and insecurity in the State. He said the Central Government, however, was not contemplating dismissal, as there was no possibility of that being approved by Parliament. The Congress seemed to want to extend the Bihar model, where the party supports the Rabri Devi Government, to other parts of the country. However, it would pay a heavy price for supporting Rabri Devi Government. Mr. Naidu said the BJP would be fielding its own candidates in all the 20 Lok Sabha constituencies except Muvattupuzha, from where the Union Minister of State, P. C. Thomas (IFDP), would contest.
