Pfizer sells Ankleshwar plant

MUMBAI, JAN. 28. Pfizer has sold its Ankleshwar plant to Anodyne Remedies India for Rs. 4.50 crores. The two companies have entered into an agreement to this effect, Pfizer said in a release here today. The sale is subject to the approval of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation for assignment of the lease of the land, it added. — PTI
