Amalgamation of TVS Autolec

CHENNAI: Sundram Fasteners has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that at the meeting of the shareholders of the company held on January 28, the members have approved the arrangement embodied in the scheme of amalgamation / arrangement of TVS Autolec with the company, without any modification. The meeting was conducted as per the order of the High Court of Madras. — Our Bureau
