Dabur to acquire personal care brand in Egypt

CHENNAI: Dabur India (DIL) is in the process of acquiring a personal care brand "Touch" in Egypt. The price has been negotiated at $1.8 million, subject to due diligence. It is planned to be integrated under the "Dabur" brand. It will be extended to other markets and other personal care categories after due evaluation and research.
