COIMBATORE: J. M. K. Sekhar assumed charge as Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Coimbatore Zone, on January 23. According to a release, the Coimbatore Zone has jurisdiction over Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Tirunelveli and Tiruchi Central Excise Commissionerates. — Our Staff Reporter
