KOLLAM, JAN. 29. The annual Bhagawad Gita Festival, organised by the Kollam Upanishad Vidya Bhavan, would commence at the Cantonment Maidan here on January 31 with a shoba yatra. The festival would be inaugurated by the Minister for Cultural Affairs, G. Karthikeyan, on February 2. At a press conference here today, the patron of the Vidya Bhavan, K. Raveendranathan Nair, said that a `sarva dharma' conference would be inaugurated by the Electricity Minister, Kadavoor Sivadasan, on February 3. There will be a discourse on each chapter of the Gita by religious pundits
