DUBAI, JAN. 31. The Dubai police have stepped up the hunt for a hit-and-run driver responsible for the deaths of a family of four from Kerala and another person here. The victims' car was rammed from behind at high speed. In the impact, the vehicle slammed into a lamp-post, killing four of its occupants. The fifth victim, six-year-old Shibin, died on way to the Rashid Hospital. Driving the vehicle was Puthenpurackal Skaria, 50, who was a friend of the family of draughtsman, Peter Barnabas, 45, wife Sheela (45), a teacher, and their 10-year-old daughter, Shafarna, and son Shibin. Skaria was a lay minister at the St. Mary's Church here. UNI
