Clear sky forecast

The city experienced a maximum temperature of 29.5 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 19.4 degrees Celsius. There was light drizzle, and the humidity was 45 per cent.

UAS convocation

The 38th annual convocation of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, is proposed to be held in March. Eligible candidates who have completed the degree may apply to the Registrar, UAS, on or before February 14. Details can be had from the Registrar on 23330984.

Triple treat for theatre buffs

A trilogy, titled "3 Past 3", will be staged in Bangalore on Sunday. It comprises "The Lesson" by Eugene Ionesco about a tuition gone horribly wrong; "Once Upon A Slave" by Avinash Timothy, Hiteshi Mehta, and Siddarth Selvaraj, and "Sketches", which has been described as "an assortment of several one-act plays by various authors". The programme will be held at the St. John's Auditorium, Koramangala. There will be two productions - one at 3.30 p.m. and another at 7.30 p.m. that day.
