dated February 4, 1954: New element

A new element, the 99th and heaviest yet identified, has been discovered, it was announced in San Francisco. `Element 99' was found by bombarding uranium with nitrogen atom nucleae. This is the seventh element identified by modern scientists during identification of uranium.
