VIZIANAGARAM, FEB. 3. The Minister for Sugar and Horticulture, P. Narayanaswamy Naidu, has said that the return of the Telugu Desam to power is certain as the electorate favours the party. Speaking at the party district committee meeting at Ramatheertham in Sathivada Assembly constituency on Tuesday, the Minister said that welfare schemes of the TDP Government would garner votes for the party. In Vizianagaram district, he said there was no bickering among partymen and the party would win all the 12 Assembly seats in the district.
