BJP refrains from reacting

NEW DELHI, FEB. 4. The BJP today refrained from reacting to the Delhi High Court giving a clean chit to Rajiv Gandhi in the Bofors pay-offs scandal and quashing the framing of charges against the Europe-based Hinduja brothers under the Prevention of Corruption Act in the case.

``We will study the entire details of the case before formulating our stand on it,'' the BJP spokesman, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, said here.
